How to complete your induction training 

Do you have a UQ staff or HDR student login? 

Are you a coursework student, an affiliate or a contractor? 

No UQ login?

  1. Complete a training needs analysis (PDF, 157.24 KB) with your supervisor 
  2. Complete the required training – in the table below 
  3. Submit your training declaration form(s) to your supervisor

Supervisor responsibilities 

If you supervise a volunteer, you need to: 

  1. complete a training needs analysis (PDF, 157.24 KB) for each volunteer or visitor 
  2. assist volunteers and visitors in completing the required training 
  3. attach copies of the Training Declaration Form/s to the Volunteer Registration Form.
